Each circle brings together a small group of women for 75 minutes of guided conversation, reflection, and connection.
I hold the space and provide gentle structure through themes, prompts, and reflective practices that support meaningful discussion.
But it is the women themselves who make each circle unique.
By slowing down, listening deeply, and sharing honestly, we gain new perspectives, feel supported, and remember that we don't have to navigate life on our own.
Is This For You?
Women's Circles may be a good fit if you:
Long for deeper conversations and meaningful connection
Rarely make time to pause and reflect
Feel stretched by the demands of daily life
Would like a supportive space where you can show up as yourself
Are navigating a challenging season and don't want to do it alone
Value personal growth, reflection, and learning from others
FAQ
-
Each circle is guided around a theme and includes reflection, conversation, and opportunities for connection. Every gathering is different, shaped by the women who attend and what emerges in the conversation.
-
No. Women's Circles are not therapy or a substitute for mental health care. They are facilitated spaces for reflection, connection, and conversation. Many women find them supportive and meaningful, but they are different from therapeutic or clinical services.
-
No. You are always welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you. Some women share a lot, others prefer to listen more. Both are welcome.
That said, I encourage you to share when you feel comfortable. Often, what feels personal to us resonates deeply with someone else. Your experiences, questions, and reflections can help create connection and contribute to the richness of the circle.
-
No. These circles are grounded, inclusive, and not tied to a particular religion, spiritual tradition, or belief system. While we may use practices such as mindfulness, reflection, journaling, or guided visualization, the focus is on creating a supportive space for meaningful conversation, connection, and self-reflection.
-
My approach is grounded, welcoming, and non-judgmental. Rather than focusing on advice-giving or a particular spiritual practice, the emphasis is on creating a space where women can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Through thoughtful conversation, deep listening, and shared experiences, participants gain new perspectives, feel supported, and discover that many of the questions and challenges they carry are not theirs alone.
The circle becomes an intentional pause from the demands of everyday life—a space to hear yourself think, connect with what matters, and learn from the wisdom and experiences of other women.
-
Future circles will be offered in a variety of formats, including online and in-person gatherings.
