Integrative nutrition health coach for women

Hi, I’m khalida [HA-lEE-DA]

Who I Am

Change has shaped much of my life — across countries, careers, and seasons of motherhood.

Originally from Uzbekistan, with life chapters in Poland and the United States, I spent over 20 years in international development and global health while raising two children and navigating the many shifts that shape a life.

In 2025, my family and I packed up our home near Washington, D.C., and stepped into a location-independent life — choosing to live more intentionally and realign what truly matters.

Choosing alignment sounds inspiring. Living it requires clarity, steadiness, and the willingness to sit with uncertainty.

Why I Do This Work

With over 20 years of experience in international development and global health, I’ve spent much of my career thinking about resilience and long-term change.

But personal transitions taught me something deeper.

After navigating pregnancy challenges, demanding career seasons, unexpected professional shifts, and the complexity of balancing work and family, I came to understand:

Wellbeing is not just physical. It is emotional, relational, and rooted in how we navigate change.

Who I Help

As a facilitator of women’s circles across different countries, I’ve witnessed how many women quietly wrestle with the same questions:

Who am I becoming?
What truly matters now?
How do I move forward without losing myself?

I work with women navigating change — or sensing it’s time for one.

Women who feel stuck between stability and growth.
Women who want clarity without rushing into misalignment.

How I Help

My work blends structured clarity coaching with evidence-based behavior change and wellness practices.

Together, we focus on:

• Building emotional steadiness during uncertainty
• Strengthening self-trust in decisions
• Untangling overthinking and hesitation
• Defining aligned, sustainable next steps

Because change is rarely just logistical.
It is personal.
And it asks us to grow into the next version of ourselves with intention.
